3 keep preaching it ) people need to think a lot more. we probably need to look better doing it so people can pick it up. which kinda conflicts with other goals, theres never 1 goal, as u put it, we have a multitude of goals, and most of them are in conflict ) so.. sometimes look good, others deprioritize it
